Response time
During the closed test phase, we try to respond within 48 to 72 hours. Critical bugs are dealt with as a priority.
Bug or problem?
Mention in the topic “Bug:” followed by a short description. Specify your device (iPhone, Android, PC), browser and the scene where it happened. It helps us immensely.
