Can I cancel anytime?
Oui, sans condition. Tu résilies depuis ton espace compte, et tu gardes l'accès jusqu'à la fin de ta période payée. Aucun frais, aucune justification demandée.
What happens if I change plan?
Tu peux passer d'Aventurier à Maître (ou inversement) à tout moment. Le calcul est au prorata : si tu montes en gamme, tu paies seulement la différence pour le mois en cours.
What happens to my access if I cancel?
You keep all your access until the end of the paid period. At expiration: Escapes unlocked VIA subscription (Adventurer rotation, Master unlimited access) disappear from your library until a new subscription is subscribed.
On the other hand, any escape you bought individually (at €1.50 or €3) stays in your library for LIFE. A subscription that ends can never remove content that you paid for once and for all. The two models coexist cleanly.
Your submitted progress stats, badges, and creatives stay on your account no matter what.
What about annual commitment?
Tu peux opter pour un paiement annuel et bénéficier de −20 % sur le tarif total. Adventurer then goes to €67/year (instead of €84) and Master of the Keys to €125/year (instead of €156).
Can I just buy an escape without a subscription?
Yes, absolutely. The average escapes are €1.50 and the big multiplayer productions €3. Once purchased, the escape is yours for life: you can replay it as much as you want, solo or with friends, even without a subscription.
